Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at 77 RESIDENCES. We have designed the building to include a state-of-the-art pet wash station. One well-behaved cat or dog may reside in one apartment; however, some exceptions may apply, at the discretion of management. A $500 pet fee is required.

A full outline of our Pet Policy will be supplied and incorporated into the lease agreement, once a rental application has been processed and approved. 77 Residences requires all tenants wishing to bring pets into the community to read, understand, and abide by the rules outlined.
